1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return & Exchange Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@jatothcreations.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send your items back without receiving approval, as they will not be accepted.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspection & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed, and our standard return policy will apply.
